When starting out on a building project it’s tempting to think of the finishing touches and the result rather than all of the troublesome details that go into making all of that happen. In our role as main contractors and project managers, we spend a good deal of time ensuring that we have covered all aspects of the build prior to commencement and clearly communicating this to clients so expectations are managed.
